How Do I Apply for an Internet Connection?

Contact us at our Facebook page and send us your exact location for us to survey if the area is serviceable then visit our office located at 3rd Floor Lorenzo Bldg. Brgy. Daro, North National Highway, beside Central Bank of the Philippines.

What Requirements will we bring?

Bring any valid ID and fill-up the application form then submit it at our office.

How much is the Internet Installation?

There is no installation fee plus free 100 meters fiber optic cable but you have to pay for the modem and excess cable if your location exceeds 100 meters from our service pole.

My router is blinking red, what do I do?

This is caused by Fiber being cut or disconnected, contact us through Facebook or our mobile number for us to create a ticket with the information about the contact person, location, date and time.

How can I change my Wi-Fi Password?

Firstly, connect to your Wi-Fi and open any browser, input this IP (192.168.1.1) to the address bar and log in with these credentials (username: user, password: user). There you can find an option under WLAN for changing Wi-Fi password.

What is the Difference between Business Line and Residential Line?

Business line offers you an option to have a static public IP address and your line is prioritized during peak hours, with guaranteed uptime and repair time. Designed for offices, hotels, retail or any enterprise that relies on constant connectivity.

Residential line is a shared with neighbours connection with dynamic IP address that would change periodically. There are no formal guarantees; best-effort service. Designed for home, casual gaming and browsing.
